Summary

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading or managing Command, Control, Communication, Computers and Intelligence Department with responsibilities that span a wide range of functional disciplines; and program management, strategic planning, existing business processes, process improvement initiatives, metrics analysis, or budget execution for a Special Operations Command.

In addition to the above listed qualifications, your experience must also reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.

  • You will establish priorities, integrate Command-wide Tactical Information Technology and is the focal point and representative on all Command Tactical Information Technology activities:
  • You will develop policy and procedural guidelines for the Headquarters, Echelon II, III and IV commands, world-wide.
  • You will lead both short-term and long-range planning efforts pertaining to the Command's Tactical Information Technology resources.
  • You will direct actions to obtain resources and material to support the Information Technology systems for the entire Naval Special Warfare force, world-wide: prepares submissions for long-range resource planning.
  • You will direct and oversee the development of systems that provide immediate processing alternatives in the event of system, LAN or WAN failure.
  • You will maintain professional contacts with specialists in the areas of Information Technology, RF communications, and associated systems.
