Full Job Description

This SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) position, is located at an Air National Guard (ANG) Wing, Mission Support Group, Force Support Squadron or Flight and is part of the CA 195th WG.

General Experience: Possess a valid understanding of the basic principles and concepts of human resources functions and programs.

SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), GS-0201-12: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-11 level, in: executing personnel programs and Human Resources Information Systems and advising supervisors and managers; Experience in personnel and manpower core competencies; Experience in applying program policies, directives, publications, and training manuals; and have at least 24 months experience with human resources programs related to federal civilian or military personnel programs.

Your qualifications will be evaluated on the following competencies: Ability to Lead or Supervise HR Data Analysis Policy and Compliance Reasoning Major Duties:

THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, PERMANENT POSITION.

The primary purpose of the SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), GS-0201-12, is to serve as the supervisor over the Force Development, Commander's Support Staff, Sustainment Services Flight, Military Personnel Flight, Human Resources Remote, and Airman and Family Programs within the Force Support Squadron.
