WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position.
To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Planning, directing, and evaluating the work of subordinate staff to ensure timely, high-quality accomplishment of organizational objectives.
Conducting comprehensive evaluations of Reasonable Accommodation program policies and procedures to identify deficiencies and implement strategic improvements in compliance with EEO laws.
Providing expert advisory services and authoritative interpretations of Reasonable Accommodation policy, operational processes, and EEO laws to support program goals and strategic objectives.
Advising senior leadership on complex and sensitive Reasonable Accommodation matters to ensure legal compliance, program integrity, and mission-aligned execution.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Supervisory Equal Employment Specialist, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Serving as a senior advisor on issues related to RA operational processes, policy and EEO laws.
Managing the planning, development, enhancement and maintenance of Branch operations and programs.
Planning, coordinating, and conducting special studies of Branch needs, contractual agreements, and policies, to determine trends, problems and corrective action, and for program improvement.
Providing advisory services on the operation of the RA program regarding strategies for achieving short and long-range goals.
Working in collaboration with other Branch Chiefs in the RA Division and OHR professionals to ensure Branch alignment with overall goals, plans and activities, partnering in the development and implementation of strategic plans.
