Full Job Description

You will serve as a Human Resources Supervisor in the Human Resources Departent of DDHBAP ASIA PACIFIC CENTER FOR SECURITY STUDIES.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: directing the delivery of civilian federal human resources (HR) services related to multiple HR functional areas including developing strategies or policies consistent with Federal labor laws and regulations.

  • You will analyze and interpret policies, programs, and directives issued by higher authorities and advises senior leadership on the evaluation of the effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency of government programs.
  • You will research and determine the changes or improvements needed in establishing and restructuring positions for sound position and organizational management
  • You will develop and implement policy and program directives, instructions, notes, and guidance in all areas of personnel to include Title 5/Title10/SES-Equivalent civilian pay-setting policy and merit promotion plans.
  • You will oversee HR Programs an create and/or update all internal policies concerning Awards, Performance, Security, Training, Budgeting to include PCS for Title 10 positions.
  • You will assure equality in determining qualifications, selection assignments, training, promotions, details, discipline, and awards to employees.
