Entry salary: $62,107 | Full performance (GS-12): up to $96,770

This job involves leading a team in a Navy research center to manage software support for advanced electronic systems used in unmanned aircraft and threat analysis.
You'll oversee daily operations, handle projects and budgets, communicate with partners, and ensure everything runs smoothly to meet big-picture goals.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Electromagnetic Spectrum Department (WX), Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Division (WXS), Unmanned Systems and Threat Analysis Branch (WXSP), System Software Activity Section (WXSPL) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading in the sustainment of software development functions to influence project direction, manage risks, coordinate tasks, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
