This position is in Region 9, Mission Support Division, Grants Branch.
About Region 9: Region 9 This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as managing grants and cooperative agreements in compliance with federal regulations and statutes; providing guidance on multiple grant management functions including but not limited to: award management, proposal requests, application submissions, and audit resolutions; and leading people to accomplish organization goals and objectives.

You will: Plan, organize, and oversee the activities of the organizational unit. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
Represent the organizational unit and Agency with a variety of functional area organizations.
You will spend more than 50% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
