Job Description

Summary

This job involves leading a team to develop and roll out AI, robotic process automation, and advanced analytics tools to improve financial operations in the Navy.

Key Requirements

Full Job Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF THE NAVY (FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT & COMPTROLLER), DEPARTMENT OF NAVY of ASN.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading the design, implementation, and oversight of artificial intelligence, robotic process automation (RPA) and advanced analytics programs supporting a large Federal agency or equivalent Directed and managed cross-functional and technical teams to identify and deliver high-value automation opportunities that transformed operations.

Developed and executed strategies to modernize operations through AI-enabled decision support, process automation, and modern and transformative tools for data driven insights.

  • You will provide leadership and oversight for the roadmaps for development, implementation, and sustainment of artificial intelligence, robotic process automation (RPA), and advanced solutions across the DON financial management community.
  • You will supervise a team of technical data scientists and developer experts and leads cross-functional teams and working groups to deliver high-value technical solutions and scale across the enterprise.
  • You will measure and communicate the impact of AI and Automation initiatives across the financial management community to meet SECNAV and SECWAR priorities.
  • You will drive change management and adoption of modern and automated solutions across the enterprise.
  • You will partner with stakeholders internal and external to government to test and deploy new AI and automated solutions across the financial management community.
  • You will monitor program and project performance, milestones, and risks, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with mission priorities.
