Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

This job involves leading a team in a Navy maintenance center, overseeing engineering projects for combat systems on ships, managing resources like people and budgets, and ensuring high-quality repairs to support the fleet.
It's a supervisory role focused on planning, training, and coordinating with other leaders to meet naval needs efficiently.
A good fit would be someone with senior-level engineering or technician experience in a technical or military setting, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle strategic planning and team development.
You will serve as a Combat Systems Division Head, SUPERVISORY ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the C200 ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT of SOUTHEAST REG MAINTENANCE CTR SERMC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience working as a GS-0802-13 or higher in a similar engineering/engineering technician capacity.
Experience gained as an Engineering Technician, General Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer or Naval Architect at the GS-13 level or higher would also be acceptable previous job series.
