This job involves leading a team of counterintelligence agents at the Defense Intelligence Agency, where you'll advise on threats from foreign spies, manage risks, and ensure mission success through collaboration and problem-solving.

Advises leadership on significant CI issues, explains CI risks, gaps and mitigation strategies, identifies CI opportunities, and shapes CI outcomes that neutralize, mitigate, or exploit threats from foreign intelligence entities, often in coordination with OGC, and entities outside of DIA.
2. Takes initiative to anticipate issues, resolves conflict among multiple priorities, and implements effective solutions to prevent problems that might impact timelines and deliverables. 3.
Builds a diverse staff with a variety of skills who function effectively to accomplish the mission of the organization. 4. Accepts responsibility for outcomes for team, group, and self. 5.
Leads CI missions and oversees the execution of CI support plans that deliver CI functional services and CI activities to multiple customers or a supported element with diverse mission sets, often requiring collaboration across directorates.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Past experience on a CCMD J2X staff or providing CI support to the warfighter. 2. Expertise navigating complex CI policy discussions. 3.
Familiarity with CI support to Cyberspace Operations. Major Duties:
