About: OCSPP This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to one of the duty stations stated in this announcement on a regular basis.

In addition to the basic entry education requirements, you must have specialized experience and/or directly related education as described below: To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as providing leadership, oversight, or technical expertise to synthesize scientific/technical data to support regulatory decisions; developing, updating, and/or implementing Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) assessment procedures, models, frameworks, and guidelines; establishing and/or monitoring performance measures to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and progress of a team.

You will: Lead Branch activities in technical and science policy analyses to support regulatory and non-regulatory programs relating to the review and risk management of new chemicals and interpreting the impact of changes in regulation.
Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities to foster an environment that empowers employees to participate in and contribute to mission success.
Lead team-based research across diverse scientific fields to advance organizational objectives and develop new framework or assessment paradigm.
Serve as a consultant on workgroups, panels or committees to establish and maintain partnerships.
You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
