This job involves leading a team in a naval warfare center to manage and advance projects on unmanned systems and defenses against them, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets military goals.
It requires supervising staff, planning resources, and innovating to support defense experiments and development.

You will serve as a Supervisory Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Weapons Engineering Branch (JXPN) or Asymmetric Effects Systems Branch (JXPY), Weapons System Development Division (JXP), Expeditionary Warfare Weapons & Energy Systems Department (JX) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13/14.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading the planning and execution of projects, programs, or initiatives by managing project resources and quality deliverables to ensure mission objectives are met.
