We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Statistician 3 to join our team in the Bureau of Research and Development.
By leading our staff in data analysis, you will help us make critical administrative and operational decisions.

In this position, you will lead, plan, design, and conduct statistical studies and surveys.
Your work will involve coordinating the Local Police Agency Contact Data Reporting (CDR) Program as the project lead.
As the lead, you will manage data intake, quality control, and program reporting, as well as analyze submissions from police agencies.
You will also prepare annual CDR analysis for submission to the Pennsylvania State Police Executive and Administrative Offices and the Pennsylvania General Assembly.
Some of your duties will include compiling and analyzing crime data, determining the need and scope of data collections, and facilitating decision making.
Additionally, you will review data collection and organization methods and procedures then recommend revisions to improve the validity, reliability, and relevance of the data.
