As a SHARP Program Prevention Specialist (SAR WF), you are responsible for the planning, execution, coordination, and evaluation of prevention activities, training, education, and outreach for sexual harassment and sexual assault.

Basic Requirement based on the Social Science Series, 0101: Degree in Behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position.
OR Combination of Education and Experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
OR Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
AND Specialized Experience: I have one year of experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal Service which includes: 1) Managing prevention activities (policies, programs, and practices), training, education, and/or outreach for sexual harassment and sexual assault; and 2) Coordinating comprehensive primary prevention activities that address individual, interpersonal, organizational and/or community factors that contribute to sexual harassment and sexual assault.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Compliance Oral Communication Program Management Research Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
