Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing security protocols for nuclear-related information and areas at a naval shipyard in Hawaii, ensuring everything follows strict rules to protect sensitive naval nuclear propulsion details.
You'll develop policies, advise on security plans, and coordinate compliance efforts for the team.

You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST (NUCLEAR) in the SECURITY OFFICE (1120) of the EXECUTIVE SUPPORT STAFF (1100) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, developing, and implementing policies, procedures, and processes relating to Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPI) and Nuclear Power classification guidelines as well as familiarity with various nuclear related spaces such as Controlled Nuclear Information Areas (CNIA), Nuclear Work Areas (NWA), and Controlled Access Areas (CAA) and the rules and regulations relating to them.
