Requirements
As a Security Officer 1, you will serve as a foundational pillar of the facility's safety infrastructure, tasked with maintaining a secure and orderly environment for consumers, staff, and visitors. Your primary responsibility involves the enforcement of policies and the exercise of sound judgement when making routine security decisions. This multifaceted role requires you to provide support to emergency response personnel during critical incidents and conduct patrols via vehicle and on foot. By performing interior and exterior inspections and managing access control points, you will safeguard the hospital's physical assets against threats such as fire, theft, and vandalism. Additionally, you will be instrumental in managing the campus's logistical flow by overseeing traffic and parking control to ensure unobstructed access for emergency services and authorized personnel. Your duties also extend to the investigative realm, where you will conduct thorough security and safety inquires and meticulously document your findings to ensure administrative compliance and accountability. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 40 hours per week
- Work hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, rotating days off, with a paid 30-minute lunch. You will work every other weekend. Your schedule may change based on operational needs.
- Overtime and travel as operationally necessary
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONSSpecial Requirement:- You must be in possession of a valid Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle operator's license.
