In this position, you will be responsible for patrolling the buildings and grounds to ensure the protection of our property, facilities, and residents from potential threats such as fire, theft, trespassing, or other safety risks.
Your duties will include checking door locks for offices, storage areas, laundry, maintenance, and garage spaces.
You will also manage traffic flow and parking, ensuring adherence to facility rules and regulations regarding motor vehicles.
You will prevent unauthorized individuals from loitering on the premises or accessing restricted areas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential as you assist visitors, residents, and staff, answering phones, providing directions, and offering helpful information.
Additionally, your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key in completing daily activity reports at the end of each shift.
