You will serve as a Security Assistant (Office Automation) in the Non Guard Security of NAVBASE SAN DIEGO SEC DET.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing clerical support to an organization by maintaining files. Reviewing and preparing correspondence.
Using databases, answering and directing visitors and telephone calls to the appropriate office. Approving access rosters and ensuring updates are posted promptly at designated access points.
Performing security assistance duties (e.g. information, personnel, industrial and physical security). Monitoring access restricted areas. Maintaining files of physical security violations.
