This job involves managing daily retail operations at a store on a military base, including handling inventory, sales, and customer service to keep things running smoothly and profitably.

This position is located at National Security Agency (NSA) Civilian Welfare Fund (CWF) at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Must be able to speak, read and write the English language sufficiently to communicate orally or in writing. 2.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a drivers license. 3. Experience with Point of Sales (POS) systems. Knowledge of programs including Microsoft Office Suite. 4.
Experience or Education which provides the incumbent with the ability to fulfill all duties as described above.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": 1.
Possess one (1) year of experience as a Business Manager for a of a high-volume retail operation, such as a clothing store, gift shop, or convenience store. 2.
Possess one (1) year of experience in all areas of retail management, including but not limited to, operational cost management, pricing, budgeting and forecasting, and employee training. 3.
Possess one (1) year of experience driving e-commerce expansion, which included: overseeing revenue streams through comprehensive cost analysis, managing inventory across both physical and online channels, and leading targeted digital marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement?

4.Possess one (1) year of professional experience in procurement and vendor management to include: monitoring and managing the purchase of all supplies and equipment, negotiating and overseeing vendor/service agreements, ensuring contract compliance, and acting as the main POC for approving and submitting invoices.
