Full Job Description

You will serve as a REGIONAL INVESTIGATOR in the Naval Medical Forces Pacific, Command Suite of NAVMEDFORPAC SAN DIEGO CA. This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number: ST-12923648-26-KEB.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing independent oversight, analysis and performance assessment related to investigative functions.

Experience independently coordinating and conducting professional and technical organizational assessments within the AOR to determine effectiveness and efficiency in support of the Navy's Mission.

Experience conducting (or assigning) investigations into all matters involving fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, gross negligence, sexual harassment, and any other special investigations.

Experience assisting with the management of the Hotline Programs and conducting Investigations.

Experience coordinating and providing oversight for all external audits and reviews of Command activities.

• You will serve as the Regional Program Manager for Investigative Programs encompassing Command Evaluation, Navy Medicine, and IG Program and Hotline Program Compliance.
• You will act as the principal official for investigation (non-criminal), integrity, and efficiency matters for Naval Medical Forces Pacific (NMFP).
• You will serve as the point of contact for all external audit matters regarding NMFP activities.
• You will ensure investigative activities align with and support the TYCOM's mission and operational readiness.
• You will manage the NMFP Hotline Program, aid the NMFP Command and subordinate commands.
• You will act as the principal official for investigation (non-criminal), integrity, and efficiency matters for NMFP. Providing independent oversight, analysis, and performance assessments related to investigative functions.
• You will coordinate and provide oversight for all external audits and reviews of NMFP Command activities.
