This job is for a lead lifeguard at a military base pool in New Jersey, where you'll help run daily operations, supervise other lifeguards, and ensure everyone follows safety rules.
You'll also assist with staff scheduling and lead swimming and water survival classes for participants.
It's a great fit for someone with lifeguarding experience who enjoys working with teams in a recreational setting and can handle leadership responsibilities.
Picatinny Arsenal Hiring Event : Interviews will be held on site.

Qualifications: Must posses the following certificates: 1. American Red Cross "Lifeguard" certification or nationally recognized equivalent (i.e.
Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Certification). 2.
American Red Cross "Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation for the Professional Rescuer" (CPR-Pro) certification or nationally recognized equivalent (i.e. Ellis & Associates (CPR) Certification).
These certificates must be reflected on your resume and be uploaded at the time of application to be considered eligible for this position.
This announcement is in conjunction with the Picatinny Arsenal Job Fair at the Club at Picatinny, 121 Buffington Rd., Dover, NJ 07801 on Thursday, 19 February 2026 from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
