Picatinny Arsenal Hiring Event: Interviews will be held on site.

Applicants must bring resume (must be two pages or less), social security card, photo ID, transcripts, two professional references, work authorization (Ages 14-17) and/or proof of education.

When: January 8, 2026 from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm Where: The Club at Picatinny, 121 Buffington Rd., Dover, NJ 07801 Save the date-Picatinny Arsenal Hiring Events- 1/8, 2/19, 3/05, and 4/02 Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.

No previous work experience is required.

This announcement is in conjunction with the Picatinny Arsenal Job Fair at the Club at Picatinny, 121 Buffington Rd., Dover, NJ 07801 on Thursday, 8 January 2026 from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

Applicants participating in the event will receive first consideration. To receive consideration, applicants must attend at the Job Fair between the times of 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

If you are not able to attend the job fair, your application will be reviewed after the event.

Applicants will submit their application and resumes which will be immediately reviewed and, if qualified, given to management for an on-the-spot interview.

Applicants should bring the following: Resume 2 professional references with contact information Valid photo ID and social security card Applicable professional certificates and/or transcripts Work authorization (Ages 14-17) and/or proof of education Major Duties:

  • Issues tools, equipment and games to authorized customers. Checks identification collects fees when appropriate and completes appropriate documentation.
  • Provides facility and program information to patrons. Assists with simple repair and maintenance.
  • Decorates party rooms and maintains the cleanliness of assigned work areas.
  • Receives returned items, inspecting for obvious damage and missing parts. Checks inventories and supplies.
  • In arts and craft programs, demonstrate simple techniques. Other duties as assigned.
