Job Description

Summary

This job involves supervising teams that manage records related to tolling (likely fines or fees) and statewide regional records, including revocations and returns, within Washington's Department of Corrections.

WFSE Section 2 Supplemental DOC Article 4.7 Internal Transfer Opportunity

Records Management Supervisor (RMS) - Positions TP04 and SX10

Employee and Business Support Services Administration – Tolling Records Unit and Statewide Regional Records/Revoke & Return Unit, in Tumwater, WA


These positions are eligible to telework; Travel may be required for training or meetings.


The Employee and Business Support Services Administration has two (2) full-time Records Management Supervisor (RMS) openings available. These positions are within the Tolling Records Unit and the Statewide Regional Records (East and West)/Revoke & Return Unit, and both are located at DOC Headquarters in Tumwater, WA.

The work schedule for these positions are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Work hours are determined by unit needs and are at the discretion of the unit supervisor.

If you are currently working an alternate work schedule, please be aware that this position may not be able to honor that schedule. For questions, please contact the Human Resource Office.

Qualifications

In accordance with WFSE Section 2 Supplemental DOC Article 4.7 of the Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE) 2025-2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), this job opening is available to internal transfer candidates ONLY.

Employees who meet the following criteria may apply:

  • You are requesting a transfer under Section 2 Supplemental DOC Article 4.7 of the WFSE CBA.
  • You are a permanent DOC employee.
  • You currently hold permanent status in the job class being recruited for in this job posting.
  • You are currently in a position represented by WFSE.
