Correctional Records Technician (CRT) - Position CW60

Employee and Business Support Services Administration – Warrants Records Unit

Tumwater, WA


*This position is not eligible to telework.


The Employee and Business Support Services Administration has a permanent, full-time Correctional Records Technician (CRT) opening available. This position, CW60, is within the Warrants Records Unit, which is located at the DOC Headquarters in Tumwater, WA.

The work schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday, 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Work hours are determined by unit needs and are at the discretion of the unit supervisor.

If you are currently working an alternate work schedule, please be aware that this position may not be able to honor that schedule. For questions, please contact the Human Resource Office.

Qualifications

In accordance with WFSE Section 2 Supplemental DOC Article 4.7 of the Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE) 2025-2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), this job opening is available to internal transfer candidates ONLY.

Employees who meet the following criteria may apply:

  • You are requesting a transfer under Section 2 Supplemental DOC Article 4.7 of the WFSE CBA.
  • You are a permanent DOC employee.
  • You currently hold permanent status in the job class being recruited for in this job posting.
  • You are currently in a position represented by WFSE.
