The Utah State Office of Rehabilitation (USOR), a Division of the Department of Workforce Services (DWS), is seeking two (2) motivated individuals with a disability to fill a part time, 16-week, paid internship as a Receptionist - Work Ability Intern in our Provo office.

Principle Duties
The Receptionist - Work Ability Intern will perform the following tasks:
  • Will work part time, 20-32 hours per week.
  • Assists with inbound calls from clients seeking resources or appointment scheduling.
  • Assists with front desk reception duties.
  • Provides general office support including copying, scanning, faxing and email communication.
  • Assists with setup for applicant orientations.
  • Assists with setup for any in-district meetings.
  • Assists with vendor contacts and item purchase cost searches.
Minimum Requirements
The model applicant for this internship is someone who can demonstrate:
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Computer expertise using Word, Gmail and spreadsheet software.
