Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

About the Position: Incumbent is the technical authority with responsibility and mastery of realestate, real property and space planning principles, policies, and methodologies for an IMCOMDirectorate (ID) supporting an Army Command.

Specialized Experience for GS-12: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Maintaining real property inventory and real property databases of record; AND 2) Reviewing required documentation for real property actions, such as acquisitions, capital improvements, usage changes, and/or disposals; AND 3) Utilizing automated accounting and resource management system to manage real property system, such as Global Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) to manage real property.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
Specialized Experience for GS-13: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Interprets real estate agreements and regulations to provide guidance and recommendations; AND 2) Advise on commercial space utilization such as long and short term and reconfiguration plans; AND 3) coordinates with internal and/or external stakeholders on real estate and/or real property projects and programs.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
Time in Grade Requirement for GS-12: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
