Manage a real estate program by controlling project execution, developing milestones, and allocating budgets. AND 2.
Advise on complex real estate matters by providing technical guidance and quality control oversight on studies, reports, and policy adherence. AND 3.
Direct staff in the acquisition of real property and relocation of personnel while serving as a mentor and technical resource.
(This experience MUST be clearly identified within your work experience within your resume.) This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
