Job Description

Summary

This job involves overseeing real estate projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, including managing budgets, timelines, and teams to acquire property and handle relocations.

About the Position: This is a Realty Specialist GS-1170-13 position with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, Real Estate Division, position is located at Fort Worth, TX.

Major Duties:

  • Manage the efficient and effective accomplishment of the planning and execution of major realty projects in support of a Program.
  • Provide advice and guidance for real estate analyses prepared for proposed and authorized studies and project
  • Apply management concepts, principles, methods and practices on real estate programs.
  • Responsible for all management, control, development, coordination and execution of a real estate program.
  • Implement corporate decisions, guidance, laws, regulations and policy into the development of projects within a real estate program.
  • Provide direction for the planning, coordination and development of real estate data and technical investigations related to existing and proposed studies and/or projects.
