The Iowa Judicial Branch, in State Court Administration, seeks applicants for a dynamic Project Manager to join our Information Technology team!
The Project Manager will lead and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring they are planned, executed, and delivered successfully.
This position is located at the Iowa Judicial Branch building in Des Moines, IA.
This position will manage IT projects using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks, ensuring transparency and iterative delivery.
The Project Manager will collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
This position will manage vendor relations, oversee statements of work (SOW), and contractual agreements.
The Project Manager will also gather and analyze data to support business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements to help identify business problems and determine effective solutions.
The successful candidate will be a champion for change and encourage teams to embrace new processes and tools, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
The Project Manager will also be skilled in risk management, team coordination, and utilizing data and reporting to drive decision-making.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
In this role, the successful candidate will leverage their technical skills, project management experience, and thought leadership to successfully deliver complex technology projects that align with our organization’s vision.
What’s in it for you:
The pay range for this position is $69,992.00 - $111,800.00 annually. This is an FLSA-exempt position. The starting salary for new state employees is expected to be at the base of the pay range. Adjustments may be made if the successful candidate has relevant experience.
