Base salary range: $104,604 - $135,987

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a recruitment and talent acquisition program for a naval oceanographic office, where you'll plan outreach events, manage candidate documents, and advise on staffing and compensation decisions to help the organization hire the right people.
It's ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys coordinating teams, analyzing data to make smart recommendations, and building relationships with various stakeholders.

You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Technical Director's Staff, Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO), of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.
GS-14 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience program management by demonstrating expert knowledge in coordinating complex requirements and optimizing resource allocation.
Experience targeted engagement and recruiting through a proven track record of executing strategic outreach and high-impact talent acquisition activities.
Experience analytical skills and data interpretation by applying technical techniques-such as business case and gap/risk analyses-to develop performance metrics that drive senior leadership decision-making.
Experience program policy development and interpersonal mastery by interpreting broad directives into actionable policy, leading change independently, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at every level.
