Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading naval aviation programs that involve working with international partners, managing sales of military equipment to foreign countries, and overseeing the entire process from planning to execution.
You'll act as the main point of contact, guide teams, and ensure resources like funding and staff are in place for long-term success.

You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the SYSCOM SECURITY COOPERATION DEPT of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Communicating clearly with International partners via written and oral communications for the purpose of establishing requirements and executing programs; 2) Understanding of Foreign Military Sales programs to include disclosure, case development and case execution; 3) Understanding of the defense acquisition and program execution to include development of Statements of Work and the contractual procurement process.
