Full Job Description

Under limited supervision of the Manager of Accounting/Finance unit within the Business Operations and Strategic Planning section.

Provides support for the Accounting/Finance functions in the Business Operations section. Database administrator for the State Term Contracts Administrative fee program, responsible for managing and maintaining database systems that support fee collection, reporting and compliance oversight. Collaborate with developers and the Information Technology team to integrate applications, enhance system functionality, and ensure data integrity across platforms, Develop and maintain comprehensive system and process documentation to support operational continuity and audit readiness. Translate complex technical data into actionable insights to optimize system performance and improve reporting accuracy.

Job Duties:

50% - Database administrator for the State Term Contracts Administrative Fee program, responsible for managing and maintaining database systems that support fee collection, reporting and compliance oversight. Administer and maintain databases supporting the State Term Contract Administrative Fee Program. Partner with developers and Information Technology to integrate applications and streamline data workflows.

25% - Develops full life cycle analysis to include requirements, activities, trends, reporting, and design for the improvement of State Term Contracts. Develops necessary visualizations and other tools that include documenting standards for use, controls, updating, and maintenance. Provides research and analysis of data available on state term contracts and related areas for development and implementation of improvements on state term contracts.

20% - Under limited supervision, assists with contract reporting on statewide term contracts issued by the Division of Procurement Services to ensure timely reporting and contract compliance through the use of email submissions, spreadsheet trackers, and data tables.

5% - Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A high school diploma and relevant program experience.
