Full Job Description

This position is located within the Insurance Reserve Fund Division.

Under limited supervision, provides confidential administrative support to the Insurance Reserve Fund Claims Department staff in order to assist the Department in providing timely and accurate claims services. Organizes documents for claims examiners using the document management system to scan documents to the appropriate file. This position will also review specified first party claims to assist determining claim outcome. Must have the ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility and attention to detail.

Requirements

A high school diploma and relevant clerical or claim processing experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience. Ability to lift boxes (20 pounds or lighter).
