Full Job Description

Under general supervision, the Program Assistant delivers comprehensive administrative and record retention support for the Boeing project.

Key responsibilities include preparing and distributing class materials for TTC - supported Boeing training sessions, maintaining control and distribution of Boeing test materials, and ensuring the secure disposal of outdated materials.

Monitors and updates student attendance records daily, forwarding them to Boeing for HR purposes.

Support the Records and Information Management program, track and maintain student progress and grades, generate activity codes for classes, and process student information.

Periodic audits of completed class roster packages are also conducted to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responds to both routine and non-routine correspondence and ensures the proper handling of proprietary and sensitive information.

Requirements

A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience.

Must have strong administrative experience and be able to demonstrate skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe. A comprehensive knowledge of data collection and the ability to communicate effectively via multiple communication methods (email, phone, person to person). Possess a high degree of interpersonal skills with demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy. Has demonstrable ability to utilize analytical and problem-solving skills when addressing solutions of administrative concern.
