Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-12. Expert-level knowledge in field.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This role is for a Program Analyst Officer who will provide strategic oversight and management of the Navy's C5I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence) modernization programs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program analysis, strategic planning, budget management, and leading technical teams to provide assessments and recommendations to senior leadership.
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST OFFICER in the DIRECTOR, MARITIME OPERATIONS of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: - Experience in applying quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to direct program assessments and formulate command positions.
- Experience with strategic planning, program/project management practices, budget management, and leading technical personnel.
- Experience with executive-level communication and negotiation to represent the command.
- Experience with pertinent regulations and policies affecting the C5I modernization program, including the DoD and Navy Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes.
