Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves helping teams improve processes in the U.S. Marine Corps by analyzing needs, recommending changes, and guiding projects to make operations more efficient.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Guide and mentor teams in applying structured process improvement methodologies, analyzing and optimizing program requirements, supporting leadership in project development, AND/OR driving continuous improvement across the organization.
