Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Experience performing work similar to the duties listed above. Documented experience must have been equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower grade/level.
Knowledge of assigned programs, the roles they play in supporting total Army programs, and their contribution to Army MWR.
Knowledge of the basic principles, concepts, and methodologies required to perform various analytical techniques.

HIGHLY QUALIFYING CRITERIA: Knowledge of, experience in, and a broad understanding of DFMWR/NAF Possess a working technical expertise in Microsoft Office suite and experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams Possess a four-year degree (transcripts must be submitted to validate this criterion) Major Duties:
Serves as a junior analyst at the IMCOM Headquarters level performing a variety of analytical duties for one or more program areas.
Assists supervisor or senior program analyst in the administration of processes and analytical support associated with assigned program areas.
Determines data required for analysis and devises appropriate methods for securing required information from sources such as reports, surveys, on-site investigations, discussions with officials, statutes, policies, plans, schedules, etc.
Analyzes issues, selects and applies accepted analytical techniques. Develops initial conclusions and recommendations for problems analyzed for submission to senior analyst or supervisor.
Utilizes the Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS) to track and manage tasking activities. Present recommendations for changes in procedures to improve the operation of programs.
Ensure proper record keeping of documents and that terms are monitored for compliance. Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and accomplishment of objectives.
May oversee operating procedures for a variety of administrative and/or program support functions.
