Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing a learning system for Marine Corps Reserve personnel, updating training materials on administration topics, and visiting units to provide hands-on training and support.
It also includes tracking student progress, recognizing top performers, and reporting on instructor performance to leadership.
A good fit would be someone with experience in education or training coordination, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with military or government systems who enjoys working with teams and ensuring compliance.
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the MARINE FORCE RESERVE G-1 of MARFORRES NOLA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: responsible for overall management and content of a learning management system and ensuring any updates regarding personnel administration is input into the system.
