Base salary range: $41,966 - $54,557

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the EXECUTIVE SUPPORT OFFICE CODE 1100 of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying technical writing techniques to create clear and concise documentation, including reports, process manuals, and official correspondence.
Experience utilizing automated data systems and standard office software to effectively collect, manage, and analyze program information.
Experience conducting comprehensive studies and developing new or modified work methods, management processes, and administrative procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Experience performing quantitative analysis using statistical, accounting, budgetary, and economic principles to evaluate program performance.
Experience applying fact-finding, analytical, and problem-solving methods to identify complex program challenges and their root causes.
Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to draw sound conclusions and recommend appropriate solutions that improve overall program efficiency and effectiveness.
