Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as; 1.) Knowledge of concepts and practices of accounting and auditing and financial management.
2.) Conducting examinations that require an integrated analysis of complex accounting systems and financing over a broad range of industry occupations.
3.) Serving as senior expert and consultant to top agency management officials to advise on integrating the financial and budget systems.
4.) Knowledge of Naval supply chain management and logistics operations.
5.) Knowledge of Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSR), Ordnance Information System (OIS), General Financial Ledgers, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and business logistics IT applications.
6.) Experience with Navy OM&S portfolios.
