This job involves coordinating and managing Navy requirements processes within the Joint Force framework, including reviewing documents, advising leaders on policies, and organizing databases of important military information.

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in theIMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Reviewing and comprehending technical presentations and documents, to counsel requirements officers on proper application of Joint requirements processes, and rapidly identify the best-fit Navy personnel/ organizations to provide informed review of such information using expert knowledge of Navy Core military missions, systems and programs; 2) Clearly explaining complex processes and producing classified correspondence per associated DoD security and document marking rules and regulations; 3) Organizing and managing the archive of important Navy requirements documents; 4) Demonstrating experience with computer applications, to include spreadsheet analysis, database management, document manipulation and change tracking; archiving; and automated data processing tools and equipment to construct reports, charts, spreadsheets, and graphs; 5) Demonstrating experience in requirements development or requirements management; 6) Using the Defense Acquisition System and associated processes, to include existing and emerging directives, instructions, and manuals; 7) Managing the coordination, scheduling, monitoring, and continuous improvement of requirements processes and associated data.
