To qualify for a Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position.
To qualify for the NH-04 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-03 or GS-13 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector.
Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement.
Creditable specialized experience includes: Leading and facilitating executive-level data requests for assessing major programs and corporations.
Analyzing diverse performance and financial datasets to ensure they meet data call requirements.
Acquiring and validating datasets to ensure accuracy, integrity, and readiness for executive-level review.
Engaging with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders, to gather and define requirements.
Representing the organization by presenting critical information to senior leaders, such as Flag Officers and Senior Executive Service (SES) members. Major Duties:
