This job involves analyzing and planning for naval air-to-air weapons systems, ensuring they meet the Navy's needs through budgeting, risk assessment, and coordination with military leaders.

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST, AIR-TO-AIR WEAPONS REQUIREMENTS OFFICER in the AIR WAREFARE DIVISION of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing Naval Air-to-Air weapons portfolio.
Performing strategic and detailed analysis to support the development, implementation, and oversight of resources needed to develop mid and long-range plans/projections for naval aviation aircraft weapons systems.
Analyzing Naval Aviation weapons regarding capability integration and interoperability challenges, opportunities, and risks between programs relevant to Air Warfare portfolio.
Applying qualitive and quantitative analysis techniques to deliver the most balanced and sufficient budget for optimal Air-to-Air weapon programs.
