Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the CARRIER STRIKE GROUP FOUR (CSG-4), and ECHELON III/IV COMMAND of CDR STRIKE FORCE TRNG ATLANTIC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Expert experience with DoD and OPNAV programs within a wide range of complex concepts and relationships involving multiple programs and funds, and unstable and significantly changing programs in order to identify and select potential and emergent real estate and financial management problems to be subjected to management review and analysis.
Experience with DoD and OPNAV programs and problem areas selected for analysis and their interrelationships to enable this position to develop various scenarios in macro-view and to initiate study plans to achieve desired results.
Experience with Navy warfighting requirements spanning Tactics, Operational Art and Strategy. Experience with advanced organizational and management principles and practices.
Experience with quantitative and qualitative analytical and evaluative methodologies used to address complex organizational and management problems.
Experience selecting and applying or overseeing the application of the appropriate methodology for specific problems and broad policy changes.
Experience with DOD Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System Plans (PPBS) and reported problems in order to develop quarterly objectives outlining program, financial, and arrangement issues to be analyzed.
Experience with DoD and Navy financial management theories and principles, corporate organizations and operations, and business management practices as related to the analysis of the proper utilization of financial resources within established DoD and Navy privatization programs.
Experience with oral/written communication regarding relationships between sources and uses, reporting requirements, and limited liability company structure.
