Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves analyzing data to spot issues in shipyard work processes, recommending improvements, and managing a training program to ensure workers are properly qualified.
You'll lead team discussions on updates and teach certification courses for technical documents and supervisor training.
It's a good fit for someone with experience in data analysis and training in a technical or manufacturing environment, who enjoys problem-solving and team leadership.
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Work Packaging Branch (Code 244.4) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of technical program and work packaging performance data to identify negative trends and production process inefficiencies and to provide the respective process improvement recommendations.
