Full Job Description

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Engineering and Planning Department (EPD) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

Salary Range: GS-11: $77,964 - $101,359 GS-12: $93,445 - $121,482 GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing, developing and maintaining shipyard programs in either security, facilities, and/or space management.

GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector executing tasks supporting shipyard programs in either security, facilities, and/or space management.

  • You will serve as the Code 200 Department Security Coordinator, overseeing and managing personnel, physical, and information security aspects and programs.
  • You will oversee the handling and processing of security violations, including the designation of a senior level official to conduct a Preliminary Inquiry (PI), and review of all PI reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • You will serve as an Assistant to the Department Emergency Management Coordinator, by supporting the direction and administration of the shipyard Emergency Preparedness and Destructive Weather processes, plans, policies, and monitoring.
  • You will implement the Shipyard's safety and health program within the dept., which ensures a safe and healthy working environment and integrates Navy occupational safety and health standards and shipyard safety procedures into all areas and ops.
