This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
Major Duties:
- Manage and facilitate the completion of data quality program reporting requirements.
- Fulfill responsibilities under the Data Quality Management Control (DQMC) program and other initiatives involving data capture and retrieval.
- Retrieve data, track metrics and trends, and analyze activities surrounding the input, processing, and output of data from various computer programs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and senior member of the MTF data quality assurance team.
- Develop recommendations for procedural and process changes that directly impact efficiency, data quality, and business practices.
- Validate data for accuracy and completeness, and refines it into a format for specific individual responses or summary reports.
- Develop graphical presentations of statistical data and composite material for briefings, publications, and routine reports.
- Identify training needs and develop training plans.
