Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: analyzing the healthcare processes and reporting methods/procedures; conducting organization studies and surveys utilizing automated systems (such as M2, MHS GENESIS, HealtheAnalytics); identifying problems and develop methods for improvements; and creating and presenting findings/status reports to staff or senior leadership.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
