(2) Ensuring purchase requests are submitted accurately, within prescribed limitations, and are submitted within the allotted timeframe.
(3) Collaborating with senior staff to finalize accurate briefings and presentations for senior management to present to internal and external stakeholders.
(4) Performing budgeting administrative support functions to include monitoring local budget expenditures, reconciling differences and coordinating with the financial division to ensure appropriate billing and accounting.
(5) Analyzing project requirements to identify proposed budget, schedule, and solutions to potential problems.; OR A Ph.D.
or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related; OR A combination of successfully completed graduate level education and specialized experience as described above that, when combined, equal 100% of the total requirement.

You qualify at the GS-09 grade level if you possess one of the following: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in Federal service, that demonstrates the ability to (1) Compiling and verifying documentation related to travel authorizations to support senior team members with submission into travel reconciliation system.
(2) Reviewing purchase requests to ensure they meet standard operating procedures for accurate and timely submission.
(3) Assisting senior staff with facilitating the publication and processing of administrative policies and procedures that assist agency representatives to address problems that may arise during implementation and compliance activities.
(4) Participating in budgeting administrative support functions, processing routine actions and identifying potential errors.; OR A master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B.
or J.D., if related; OR A combination of successfully completed graduate level education and specialized experience as described above that, when combined, equal 100% of the total requirement.

Major Duties:
Serving as a Program Analyst GS-0343-9/11 makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) team and mission.
This position is located in the Office of the Associate Director for Training Ops (TOPS), Training Management Operations Directorate (TMO), Office of Charleston Operations (CHS), located in Charleston, South Carolina.
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Site Director, CHS by providing advisory services and by performing administrative and management duties related to the establishment, implementation and operation of the CHS.
Due to the geographic separation from the headquarters, the facility requires on-site administrative staff.
