Full Job Description

You will serve as a PRODUCTION TRAINING PROGRAM COORDINATOR in the Production Resources Department (C900) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional PRODUCTION TRAINING PROGRAM COORDINATOR evaluating, planning, and coordinating the execution of training services (e.g.

training schedules & records management, work processes improvement, and initiatives) to identify weaknesses and strategically provide solutions to naval vessels production training program.

  • You will develop, coordinate, and implement production training and training schedules.
  • You will provide guidance on production training program best practices and principles to internal and external customers.
  • You will analyze data to develop recommendations in order to ensure production training program procedures are completed in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
  • You will conduct analysis and/or assessments on production training programs in order to identify areas for improvement and correct deficiencies.
  • You will prepare and disseminate documentation, reports, and plans related to production training program functions and best practices.
  • You will read and interpret Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DON) engineering policies to ensure program compliance.
