As a Product and Supply Analyst Trainee, you will participate in a year-long program which includes group and on-the-job training, workshops, and project teams that will provide insight into the different business areas within the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.
Upon successful completion of the Management Trainee Program, you will be promoted to a permanent Product and Supply Analyst.

You will receive individualized training and practical work assignments from different rotational supervisors during the program year. These rotations will occur in multiple work settings and give you exposure to a broad variety of issues and activities.
During these rotations, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to develop proficiency in the processing, forecasting, acquisition, pricing, and distribution of products.
Additionally, you will learn and assist with coordinating the buying and the allocation of wine and spirits, reviewing product performance data, supporting staff in the purchasing and marketing of products for stores, assisting with retail pricing recommendations, and more.
Upon successful completion of the Management Trainee Program, you will be promoted to a permanent Product and Supply Analyst.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to four days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
