Are you ready to launch a new career? The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product and Supply Analyst Trainee with a strong interest in inventory control, supply planning, and operational efficiency to participate in its Management Trainee Program.
As a participant in the Management Trainee Program, you will be joined by other trainees in a year-long program which includes group and on-the-job training, workshops, and project teams that will provide insight into the different business areas within the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.

You will receive individualized training and practical work assignments from different rotational supervisors during the program year. These rotations will occur in multiple work settings and give you exposure to a broad variety of issues and activities.
During these rotations, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to develop proficiency in the processing, forecasting, acquisition, pricing, and distribution of products.
Additionally, you will learn and assist with reviewing forecasting statistics, reviewing and correcting forecasting errors, planning the movement of merchandise from suppliers and others to distribution centers, tracking products and applying replenishment strategies, supporting the management of store delivery schedules and tracking the allocation of merchandise.
Upon successful completion of the Management Trainee Program, you will be promoted to a permanent Product and Supply Analyst.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to four days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

You must pass a background investigation.
An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code.
Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
